Polarity Therapy Exercises 

Our 10 minute home workout has seven easy exercises to boost your energy, your flexibility, your self-confidence and your body’s natural desire to self heal. The main basis of this exercise regime is taken from Polarity Therapy developed by Dr Randolph Stone DO DC ND, a chiropractor, osteopath and naturopath, who then went on to study eastern healing methods in India and China. Polarity Therapy works with five energy elements, Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. Each of the exercises is designed to stimulate these elements by releasing tension in the body and allowing your own natural energy to flow and self-heal. There are also influences taken from Reflexology, Pilates and Ballet.
